Title: CC6 Consultant Contract for Teachscape Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend an award of the consultant contract with Teachscape, Inc. for $18,500 effective February 21, 2007 through June 30, 2007 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide Classroom Walk Through (CWT) 2.0 initial session, follow-up session, and trainer seminar for a total of three full days of training for 25 participants.  This 'train the trainer' series will allow us to increase the number of District trainers in order to update currently trained principals and assistant principals and start to train teacher leaders.
