Title: PM3 Belvedere Bus Compound Ancillary Specification Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board approve the Ancillary Specification for the new construction of the Belvedere Bus Compound.
Description:
- The new construction of the Belvedere Bus Compound is scheduled to commence 2008 and be completed by 2009 according to the proposed FY 2007-11 Five-Year Plan.
- The Ancillary Specification was reviewed by the Director of the Transportation Department.
Financial Impact:
Financial impact will be determined when each construction contract is negotiated.
