Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-058

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-058 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On November 27, 2006, student 06/07-X-058 committed a breaking and entering/burglary while on the campus of Boynton Beach High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
