Title: Expulsion of Student 04/05-X-173

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 04/05-X-173 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On August 24, 2004, September 1, 2004, September 21, 2004 and October 1, 2004, student 04/05-X-173 sold and/or distributed drugs/imitation/prescription while on the campus of John I. Leonard High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
