Title: Expulsion of Student 04/05-X-175

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 04/05-X-175 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On October 11, 2004 and October 27, 2004, student 04/05-X-175 sold and/or distributed drugs/imitation/prescription while on the campus of John I. Leonard.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
