Architectural design services required for development of a master site plan and permitted design documents necessary for construction of a grade 5 through 8, 1014 student station, 155,519 gross square foot middle school with related site and athletic facilities. The design process will also include advanced schematic design of a 40,618 gross square foot classroom addition for future expansion. The master planning activities include a comprehensive assessment of an approximately 150 acre, undeveloped site to incorporate construction of the middle school with consideration for future construction of an elementary school and high school. Design services will incorporate required surveys, environmental mitigation, utility and off-site civil requirements necessary to develop the site according to the master site plan.
