Title: CC2 Consultant Contract for A L Jackson and Company, P.A.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant agreement with A L Jackson and Company, P.A. in an amount not to exceed $80,000.00 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. 

Description:

CC2  Consultant shall provide Budget/Commitment Control Services for the Chief Finance Office under the supervision of Mike Burke.  This consultant shall be evaluated based upon the completion of tasks in the project plan. 

The term of this agreement is from March 15, 2007 through June 30, 2007. 

Financial Impact:
The financial impact to the ERP Project is not to exceed $80,000.00 and will come out of the ERP Capital Budget.
