Title: CC3 Consultant Contract for Triumph HRMS Consulting, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant agreement with Triumph HRMS Consulting, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $83,200.00 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

CC3 Consultant shall provide Payroll Support Services for the Payroll Department under the supervision of Mike Burke.  This consultant shall be evaluated based upon the completion of tasks in the project plan.

The term of this agreement is from April 1, 2007 through June 30, 2007.

The consultant, Kim Gulka, is currently working through eVerge Group, Inc. in this capacity and will transition to a direct contract with the District by this action. 

Financial Impact:
The financial impact to the ERP Project is not to exceed $83,200.00 and will come out of the ERP Capital Budget.
