Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-065

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-065 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On October 31, 2006, student 06/07-X-065 attempted a criminal act against a person while on the campus of South Intensive.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
