Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-068

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-068 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On December 6, 2006, student 06/07-X-068 committed battery/aggravated battery on a School Board employee while riding on a school district school bus from the campus of Palm Beach Lakes High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
