Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-076

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-076 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On December 15, 2006, student 06/07-X-076 committed battery/aggravated battery on School Board employee while on the campus of Palm Beach Lakes High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
