Title: CC1 Consultant Contract for Apriant, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the Consultant contract with Apriant, Inc. for $12,800.00,  effective April 30, 2007 through December 31, 2007 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. 

Description: CC1 Consultant shall perform the following services: PeopleSoft Post Production Support in the area of Payroll and Budget by Matt Knoepke. 
Mr. Knoepke has worked through eVerge on the ERP implementation.  He recently has been supporting payroll and budget development.  His last day on site will be April 26, 2007.  This agreement will allow the District the ability to utilize his service for up to 80 hours off site should the need arise.
