Title: PL-1 Hagen Road Elementary School Plat Approval

Recommendation:
I recommend the School District approve Mini Assemblage PUD Plat Eight, which includes the site for the relocated Hagen Road Elementary School and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to sign all necessary documents.

Description:

• On September 15, 2006, a concurrency approval request for 552 residential units {Mini-Assemblage Planned Unit Development (PUD)} was submitted to the School District by GL Homes.

• The Board of County Commissioner approved the Mini-Assemblage PUD on November 3, 2006, which consisted of 355 single-family units and 197 multi-family units.

• The developer later converted the approved 552 units to 488 single-family units 64 multi-family units. 

• A condition of approval is for the applicant to plat the site.

• The plat was prepared by GL Homes of Florida and Reviewed by the County.

• The plat was also reviewed by the School District staff and is in conformance with applicable requirements.

• The School District is currently relocating Hagen Road Elementary School on the subject site.
