Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-090

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-90 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On February 12, 2007, student 06/07-X-90 was charged with Verbal Assault on School Board Employee while on the campus of Excel Alternative Education.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
