Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-097

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-97 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On  February 14, 2007 student 06/07-X-97 was charged with arson and possession of a knife while on the campus of Life Skills West.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
