Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-107

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-107 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On March 1, 2007, student 06/07-X-107 was charged with Disruption of a School Function/Disorderly Conduct while on the campus of Boynton Beach Community High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
