Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-132

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board adopt the expulsion from Broward County School system of student 06/07-X-132 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On September 12, 2006, student 06/07-X-132 was charged with Battery while on a Broward County School Bus.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
