Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-056

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-056 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On November 14, 2006, student 06/07-X-056 was in possession of a gun while on the campus of Tradewinds Middle School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board
