Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-073

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-73 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On December 15, 2006, student 06/07-X-73 was charged with Possession of a knife while on the campus of Santaluces Community High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
