Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-089

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-89 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On December 14, 2006, student 06/07-X-89 was charged with Possession/use of drugs/imitation drugs (2^nd possession; 1^st possession was on May 20, 2005  while on the campus of Wellington Community High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
