Title: Employee Retention Agreement - Emergency Rule

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board adopt as an emergency rule the new Policy 3.304, entitled "Retention Agreement for Administrative/Professional/Managerial, Confidential and Miscellaneous Personnel".

Description: This Policy will enable the School District to enter into Retention Agreements with certain classifications of employees who have key skill sets.  These agreements will provide supplements as a means to retain their employment.
