Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-120

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-120 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On March 12, 2007, student 06/07-X-120 was charged with aggravated battery and possession of a knife while on the campus of Excel Alternative School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
