Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-057

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-057 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On November 28, 2006, student 06/07-X-057 was charged with battery on a school board employee while on the campus of Palm Beach Gardens High School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
