Title: CP-1 Amend the Project Budget for Citrus Cove Elementary Addition

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board amend the project budget to $14,250,397. for Citrus Cove ES Addition, Project No. 2071-8307. 

Description:

To amend the Project Budget to provide funding necessary for roof replacement to the existing structures in conjunction with the construction of a K-5 classroom addition to accommodate an additional 370 student stations.   

Estimated Construction Budget: $9,909,554. (Five Year Capital Plan)

Financial Impact:

The financial impact is a transfer to the Project Budget of $1,290,144. The source of funds is the Capital Contingency Fund.
