I recommend the School Board approve the amended Agreement for Ian Cameron in the amount of $183,000.00 through November 30, 2007, and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents. 
  
Description: Continuation of services contract to lead the Facilities Management Division's implementation of the Tririga Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System.  The amendment for the additional amount of $183,000.00, will terminate on November 30, 2007.
