Title: CP-3 Amend Agenda Item for Architectural Design Services Agreement for West Palm Beach Area Elementa Recommendation:
I recommend the School Board amend the May 2, 2007 agenda item for Architectural Design Services contract award with Zyscovich, Inc. for West Palm Beach Area ES 06-D, Project No. 400000006 to include Master Planning Fees in the amount of $42,000 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents.
Description: Correction of the total contract award previously approved by the Board at the May 2, 2007 Special Meeting. The total Contract Award of $1,817,760. identified on that agenda item was mis-stated by $42,000. The actual Total Contract Award was intended as $1,859,760. The $42,000 Fee for Master Planning was itemized in the Description but was not included in the cumulative total. The May 2, 2007 agenda item is attached for reference
Financial Impact:
The financial impact is an increase of $42,000. to the commitment of $1,872,351. which included District provided Professional Responsibility Insurance. The source of funds is the Capital Project Budget.
