Title: CC 2 Amendment to Consultant Contract for A L Jackson and Company, PA

Recommendation:
I recommend award of Amendment to Consultant Contract with A L Jackson and Company, PA for continued support services in an amount not to exceed $70,200 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. 

Description:

CC 2  Changes made to the Agreement are as follows:

Extend support for post production in PeopleSoft for Finance, specifically in the area of commitment control, through August 31, 2007.  Maximum number of hours to be increased by 360 and will be performed by Steve Kacerik. 

Not to exceed $70,200.

Financial Impact:
The Financial Impact to the ERP project is not to exceed $70,200 and will come out of the ERP Capital Budget.
