Title: CC 3 Amendment to Consultant Contract for DBK Consulting, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of Amendment to Consultant Contract with DKB Consulting, Inc. for continued support services in an amount not to exceed $39,600 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. 

Description:

CC 3  Changes made to the Agreement are as follows:

Extend support for post production in PeopleSoft for HR/Payroll/Benefits through August 31, 2007.  Maximum number of hours to be increased by 360 and will be performed by Debra Boltz.

Not to exceed $39,600.

Financial Impact:
The Financial Impact to the ERP project is not to exceed $39,600 and will come out of the ERP Capital Budget.
