Title: CC 4 Amendment to Consultant Contract for Pro Business Solutions LLC

Recommendation:
I recommend award of Amendment to Consultant Contract with Pro Business Solutions for continued support services in an amount not to exceed $52,200 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

CC 4  Changes made to the Agreement are as follows:

Extend support for post production in PeopleSoft for AP/Vendors/P Card through August 31, 2007.  Maximum number of hours to be increased by 360 and will be performed by Matt Culp.

Not to exceed $52,200.

Financial Impact:
The Financial Impact to the ERP project is not to exceed $52,200 and will come out of the ERP Capital Budget.
