Title: CC 6 Amendment to Consultant Contract for Universal System Technologies

Recommendation:
I recommend award of Amendment to Consultant Contract with Universal System Technologies. for continued support services in an amount not to exceed $104,500 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

CC 6  Changes made to the Agreement are as follows:

Extend support for post production in PeopleSoft for Payroll through August 31, 2007.  Maximum number of hours to be increased by 550 and will be performed by Mohammed Sukhera.

Not to exceed $104,500.

Financial Impact:
The Financial Impact to the ERP project is not to exceed $104,500 and will come out of the ERP Capital Budget.
