Title: CC 7 Amendment to Consultant Contract for Metaformers

Recommendation:
I recommend award of Amendment to Consultant Contract with Metaformers, Inc. for continued support services in an amount not to exceed $21,240 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. 

Description:

CC 7  Changes made to the Agreement are as follows:

Extend support for in PeopleSoft for Payroll through July 12, 2007.  Maximum number of hours to be increased by 180 and will be performed by Bill Baumgarten. 

Not to exceed $21,240.

Financial Impact:
The Financial Impact to the ERP project is not to exceed $21,240 and will come out of the ERP Capital Budget.
