Title: CC1 Consultant Contract for DKH Consulting Services, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with DKH Consulting Services, Inc. for $20,000 effective August 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC1 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Complete the required evaluation of the U.S. Department of Education Smaller Learning Communities Grant to meet all federal requirements, including qualitative and quantitative reporting.
