Title: CC5 Consultant Contract for Gulfstream Goodwill Industries, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with Gulfstream Goodwill Industries, Inc. for $20,255.00 effective August 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: CC5 The Consultant shall perform the following services: Provide a complete individual vocational evaluation for students with disabilities referred to the agency by the School District of Palm Beach County.  Evaluation results will be utilized to identify realistic vocational goals and identify ancillary support services and accommodations which may assist students in obtaining competitive employment.
