Title: CC7 Consultant Contract for SEBA Solutions Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with SEBA Solutions Inc. for $184,575.00 effective July 19, 2007 through June 30, 2008 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents. 

Description: Provide strategy development and project management training to IT/ET staff to facilitate timely and effective execution of technology projects ( Option 1 of attached proposal.) 
Phase 1: Strategy Planning/Development (3 days);
Phase 2 - Training Plan Execution (36 days)

Financial Impact:
The financial impact is $184,575 from the Capital Fund.
