Title: CC8 Consultant Contract for New Dimensions Technology, Corp.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of the consultant contract with New Dimensions Technology, Corp. for $145,200 effective July 19, 2007 through June 30, 2008 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description: Provide staff augmentation by Jon Guerin to continue technical expertise and assistance with the development, implementation, maintenance and integration of required revisions of District applications.  Provide continuity of support for District application functions.  Provide mandated application modifications required. Provide specific project knowledge transfer to IT staff.
