Recommendation:
I recommend that the School Board accept the voluntary termination of Gulfstream Goodwill Career Academy, effective July 18, 2007.

Description:

The Governing Board of Gulfstream Goodwill Academies requests the termination of its "Charter" for Gulfstream Goodwill Career Academy.

Attached is the Notice of Termination and Exhibit A, the Charter School's Notification Letter.

A copy of Gulfstream Goodwill Career Academy's Contract is on file in the Board office for your review.

Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the District.
