Title: Expulsion of Student 06/07-X-157

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-157 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On May 2, 2007, student 06/07-X-157 was charged with possession of a knife and possession of other potentially dangerous items while on the campus of Jupiter Middle School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
