Title: Expulsion of Student No.: 06/07-X-055

Recommendation:

I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-055 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On November 1, 2006, student 06/07-X-055 was charged with possession of a firearm and committing threat of violence (high live) while on the campus of Excel Alternative North School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
