Title: CC1 Amendment to Consultant Contract for Metaformers, Inc.

Recommendation:
I recommend award of Amendment to Consultant Contract with Metaformers, Inc. for continued support services in an amount not to exceed $171,000 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

CC1 Changes to the Agreement are as follows:

Support production payroll.

Create a recommendations document for improving the technical payroll process.

Analyze, test and document Time and Labor rules and programs.

Create a recommendations document for resolving Time and Labor rules issues.

Analyze the Benefits Administration configuration.

Provide technical development services for e-Benefits.

Extend contract term through October 5, 2007.

Not to Exceed $171,000.

Financial Impact:
The financial impact to the ERP project is not to exceed $171,000 and will come out of the ERP Capital Budget.
