Recommendation:
I recommend award of Agreement with Oracle Support Services for a system performance review in an amount not to exceed $32,445. and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

CC2 Contract with Oracle

The District continues to have performance issues in the PeopleSoft system which is affecting staff productivity. 

This recommendation is to contract with Oracle Support Services to provide a system performance assessment.  Their engineer, Edward C. Lawson Jr will provide 15 days on site services to work with our technical team to review current environment; test recommended changes; and provide professional guidance when making appropriate changes in production environment.

Not to exceed $32,445.00

Financial Impact:
The Financial Impact to the ERP project is not to exceed $32,445. and will come out of the ERP Capital Budget.
