Title: Personnel Disciplinary Actions - Palmer

Recommendation:
I recommend that the School Board approve Anthony Palmer's suspension without pay, for three (3) workdays, effective August 2, 2007, through August 7, 2007 and complete Sexual Harassment Taining.

Description: On or about March 1, 2007, you became the subject of a Professional Standards investigation based upon the allegation that you violated School Board Policy 3.19, Policy Prohibiting Harassment and/or School Board Policy 1.013, Responsibilities of School District Personnel and/or Staff.  Sufficient just cause exists for you to be disciplined pursuant to Sections 1012.22, 1012.27, and 1012.40 Florida Statutes and Palm Beach County School District Policies 1.013 and 3.27, as well as Administrative Directive 3.27 and National Conference of Fireman and Oilers (Supervisory) (NCF&O) Bargaining Unit-F, Article 15.

Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the School District.
