Title: Recommendation: I recommend the School Board revise the project budget to $11,190,467. and approve an Amendment to the Construction Management at Risk Agreement to establish the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for construction in the amount of $9,694,880. to Balfour Beatty Construction, LLC, for Boca Raton High School Stadium, Project No: 0961-8275 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents. Description: Construction Management @ Risk Services required for construction of an 11,450 GSF single story concession building, 4,000 seat stadium with press box and lighting, practice field, track, provision for a future aquatics facility and required parking, fencing and site work. Estimated Construction Budget: $9,715,000.
