Title: CC 4 Amendment 2 to Consultant Contract for Pro Business Solutions, LLC

Recommendation:
I recommend award for Amendment number 2 for the Consultant Contract with Pro Business Solutions, LLC, effective September 1, 2007 through December 21, 2007 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

CC 4 Amendment  2 to Consultant Contract for Pro Business Solutions, LLC

Revise the Agreement approved by the School Board on January 10, 2007 and amended on June 6, 2007 as follows:

Extend contract support for post production in PeopleSoft for Financials through December 21, 2007.  Consultant, Matt Culp, will work varied schedule as needed.  

Maximum number of hours to be increased by 400

Not to exceed $58,000.

Financial Impact:
The Financial Impact to the District will not exceed $58,000 and will come out of the ERP Department Budget.
