Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-009

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-009 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On September 8, 2005, student 05/06-X-009 committed battery on a School Board Employee while on the campus of Northmore Elementary School.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
