Title: Expulsion of Student 05/06-X-023

Recommendation:
I recommend the Board expel student 05/06-X-023 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On September 26, 2005, student 05/06-X-023 sold and/or distributed drugs/imitation/prescription while on the campus of Palm Beach Lakes Community High.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.
