Title: CC1 Amendment 2 to Consultant Contract for DKB Consulting

Recommendation:
I recommend award for Amendment number 2 for the Consultant Contract with DKB Consulting, Inc. effective September 1, 2007 through December 21, 2007 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all needed documents.

Description:

Amendment number 2 to Consultant Contract for DKB Consulting, Inc.

Revise the Agreement approved by the School Board on January 31, 2007 and amended on June 6, 2007 as follows:

Extend term through  December 21, 2007 for HR/Payroll/Benefits.

Maximum number of hours to be increased by 360.  Consultant, Debra K. Boltz, will work varied schedule on site as needed.

Not to exceed $52,200.

Financial Impact:
The Financial Impact is not to exceed $52,200 and will be paid out of the ERP Department Budget.
