I recommend the School Board approve Project Modifications in the amount of $21,747.00 for Citrus Cove Elementary School, Classroom Addition Project #2071‑8307, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

The financial impact to the Project’s Budget is $21,747.00.
§ Additional Architectural Services in the amount of $21,747.00.
§ Description: Modifications to the SFWMD permit and the LWDD permit.
§ Cause: Outside Agency
§ Justification: Due to the previously constructed asphalt parking, which was not permitted, and added parking to the school grounds, SFWMD required re-permitting of the entire site.
Financial Impact:
The financial impact to the Project’s Budget is $21,747.00.
The source of funds is the project budget as approved by the Board at the time of the Construction Contract Award.
