Title: PM11 Coral Reef Elementary Project Modifications

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board approve Project Modifications in the amount of $21,500 for Coral Reef Elementary School, Class Size Reduction Project #2581-8950, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

This project modification contains the following item:

§         COPR #2 in the amount of $21,500.00.

§         Description: Payment for approved COPR #1

§         Cause:  School District Requested

§         Justification: Final payment 

Financial Impact:

The financial impact to the Project’s Budget is $21,500.00.

The source of funds is the project budget as approved by the Board at the time of the Construction Contract Award.
