Title: PM12 Old Jupiter Elementary Project Modifications

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board ratify Project Modifications in the amount of $49,645.00 to Hedrick Brothers, for Old Jupiter Elementary School Classroom Addition Project, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

This project modification contains the following item:

§        CCD #2 in the amount of $49,645.00.

§        Description:  Convert three (3) ESE resource rooms and three (3) supplemental instruction spaces into three (3) classrooms

§        Cause:  School District Requested

§        Justification:  The primary need in the Old Jupiter Elementary School is intermediate classrooms. 

Financial Impact:

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is $49,645.00.

The source of funds is the project budget as approved by the Board at the time of the Construction Contract Award.
