Title: PM3 Limestone Creek School Project Modifications

Recommendation:

I recommend the School Board ratify Project Modifications in the credit amount of ($428,000.00) for Limestone Creek Elementary School, Classroom Addition Project #2031‑8377, and authorize the Chairman and Superintendent to execute all related contract documents.

Description:

This project modification contains the following item:

• CCD #2 in the credit amount of ($428,000.00)
• Description:  Reduce GMP amount.
• Cause:  School District Requested
• Justification:  Unused general conditions and buyout credits.

Financial Impact:

The financial impact to the Project's Budget is a credit of ($428,000.00)

The source of funds is the project budget as approved by the Board at the time of the Construction Contract Award.
